UPDATE...Not the best thing I have ever had...But not all bad haha
One suggestion would be to cook it a little less then the time it states in the recipe....it is a little dry (I like everything undercooked) and I can barely taste the peanut butter

Ok, I will most likely pass on this then. I might try the original recipe.

Hmmm, I'm just bored and want to bake. I think I might make blueberry coffee cake muffins and the upside down cake. I'll post the recipe for the muffins when I make them. They are really yummy.

A super easy "company with little notice" standby in my house is this Lemon/Lime Mousse
One can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 cup of lime or lemon juice
Fill the milk can with heavy whipping cream
Place all of the above in your blender and put on a high setting.
Divide into individual dishes and place in fridge to set up a little more.
Everyone always loves this super rich dessert.
I have also made it with Pineapple juice and even once in a pinch super condensed cherry Kool Aid. It's foolproof!

I ended up going to work last night. It beat going in during the day today when it is going to be super hot.
