that could make something come out all right......just the wrong end!!!

i carried over 10 days with my first and 2 weeks with my second when i had the third and last i took castor oil the morning (10;am) of my due date and had him at 1;01 in the morning yes it does give you diarreah (sp) but its the bodys response to that diarreah that triggers the labor and yes it tastes like swallowing vegetable oil...gross
good to see she hasn't lost her sense of humor yet , keep your head up go for a walk walking helps to thin out the cervix

heh, i suggested the castor oil, and she said she'd give it to me first, and if I liked it she'd take some.
i said no thanks...
this is driving me nuts... i'm not taking on too much at work because i don't know when the day will be here, and i'm bored out of my mind :( friday i have an unemployment hearing i dont really want to go to, so i'm hoping she's here before then.

well, today is the official due date.
last night, wifey ran to the bathroom, thinking she had to have diarhea. 10 mins later she's still in there and i hear her mumbling to herself. I ask her what's wrong, and she's like, i think i'm going crazy. her stomache hurt like she had to have the bowel movement, but nothing came out.
i reminded her that we've been told that contractions use the same muscles and she was like, if that was a contraction, i don't want any and give me a c-section LOL.
she's also come down with a cold and a sinus infection...
I on the other hand, borrowed someone's air mattress and got the best night of sleep i've gotten in weeks

The feel of diarhea sounds good to me :) I won't say anything more, but be sure your bags are packed right now. Have your wife stand sideways and take a look at her tummy. Has it fallen down any, looking like a pear?

um, her belly looking like a pear? i was watching the baby move through her skin last night and she still looks like a pumpkin.

hehe I hear ya on the bags! One of the signs of pending labor is when the tummy sorta falls down and the side view is more of a pear than anything else. What you guys might want to do is take a long walk, then a long relaxing bath for her. I've also heard that eating very spicy food could help some... so maybe a trip to a good Mexican restaurant tonight is in order :)

I did forget about that one! It is true... your little swimmers release same chemicals as natural labor so off you go now Ren!
