Flame hawk... I want one really bad but I'm scared that it will kill my shrimps...

Jeff, your tank is exceptional lol.
Flame hawk can eat all your shrimps. It has happened to one of my friends tank... it left it alone for a year and then when it grew up, it found out that it can eat it then all the pretty expensive shrimp was GONE.
I'm surprised that you can keep coral bandit with other shrimps.

they all hide.shrimp are pretty useless .i have had my coral banded for a long time .probably 5 years.he is the size of my fist.i can find him if i look the other two hide pretty good.

Are cleaner shrimp the most active? I've heard they are and at one of my lfs ,he is ALWAYS out and he stays out when you walk by him.
 
I still think he needs a bunch of dwarf angles (but thats just me)
A lemonpeel angel would be a better choice than a yellow tang IMO, but the choice is still yours
longnose hawks are the best to keep with shrimp IMO if you want to go that rout
Tribal blennies are also pretty cool
