What do you think of Bobby Jindal?

As a frustrated conservative, I too am counting the days till the 2012 election. Anybody see Bobby Jindal on Meet the Press yesterday? YouTube it, it's long, but it's worth it.
Is that the smell of hope on the horizon???!!!

Gov. Bobby Jindal is IMO the best thing to ever happen to Louisiana politics. He is bringing honor and credibility to a state which has not been known for such in the past.
I certainly believe he is impacting national conservative/Republican politics and will continue to do so in the future.
Be sure to catch his Republican response to obama's address to congress Tuesday night.

I am actually viewing this guy as the next Reagan...He understands conservatisms and has refused the money Obama wants to give the states.

I don't know, with what he has done with Louisiana and the coverage he has been receiving lately I could see it.....After all, Bush had only been governor of Texas for a short time, Obama just burst on the scene two years ago....

After Obama is through messing things up people are going to want someone with some demonstrated experience at exercising fiscal sanity.

You know, change over to one of the more prominent religions in this country, take a first name from a 70's sitcom series (Brady Bunch), all to enhance your appearances so you can run for a political office. How many people in Louisiana would've voted for PIYUSH Jindal, considering most of the residents of that state adored David Duke?

I see your point regarding Jindal's name, but saying most Louisiana residents adored Duke is not accurate.

I dunno, the Americans voted in a guy named Hussein, maybe we are getting a little more open minded...

Jindal's biggest problem is that he is a young, smart conservative. Once he starts getting really well known on the national stage, the media & the liberals will start trashing him just like they did Sarah Palin.

Im listening to him now after President Obamas speech to congress.He sounds like a dork,and more of the same political talk.I would like to see Palin run in 2012.Im not impressed with talk i want to see results and im not sure he has any results to brag about ,but he surely sounds like a typical politician.Hes speaking at me not to me.

But that being said wow, he'd be a good reader at he library for story time...

I tried to listen to the words but i couldnt get past the fact that he sounded like a political robot.I dont think he will be a good candidate in 2012.Im not looking for a political robot im looking for a public servant who knows his/her place ,is for smaller government.......and acts like a human and not a robotic mouth piece.

Well she is good at handling a small government, I'll give her that. Unfortunately she's having some fiscal problems up there in Alaska. Seems she's running into a shortfall with her oil revenues.
