shure they look like a bunch of screw ups but when it comes to the music were pretty good not even considering that we're only in highschool. we play regularly at places where jazz is accepted and the only change is tim graduated and went off to college (I'm next
)but we're well known around town
on another note (no pun intended ) they stoped letting us use the band room B/c were not tecniccally a school band so yeah practice takes place where ever whenever we can get together

That drumset looks like mine (the black one). Is that a CMC? I know, CMC sucks, but I'm a guitarist, I didn't want a frikkin' Tama setup that was gonna cost $1000+. I'll spend well over
$1k on my guitar rig, but not the drums. When you direct/produce, it's nice to have background on what everyone else is doing. It also helps composing. I compose ten times better when I have a keyboard instead of a guitar. I tend to fall into that repeated guitar lick pattern that I talked about earlier. I'm more open to the sound instead of trying to make it ten times more difficult than it really needs to be. You can visit a webpage I made to see some of the stuff that I play:

My best works being:

http://onlinerock.com/musicians/meta...oflinesolo.mp3

I could seriously use some better recording equipment! (And a tuner for that matter... I was kinda out of tune on some of those)
