1. Make the federal tax all one % across the board. No one would file federal or state income tax.
2. All minimum wages the same across the U.S.
3. HEAVILY fine OR inprison the companies that hire illegal workers.
4. No one claims more SS benefits than THEY PUT IN THE system.
Just to name a few, i have hundreds more.

bah, getting rid of taxes and communism isn't the answer.

That's a good start. It's hard to name just 1 thing, I guess I went a little overboard, oh well....
1.I'd say revamp our education system - A lack of education is the cause of many of our problems.
2.Some sort of universal health care system.
3.Put God back in our schools
4.Lower the rate of divorce
5.We need more fathers in their kids lives
6. More severe penalties for corporate/political coruption
7.Balance our budget defecit and keep it balanced
8. Take better care of the environment
9. We need to eat better and have healthier lifestyles

I'm really curious to know how putting god back in our schools will make the country better. Shoving religion down someone's throat is a sure fire way to make people just rebel that much harder against a religion, and forcing it into our schools makes us that much more like the countries in the middle east that are ruled by the religious class.

I would teach consequences...
Teach parents how to give their child consequences...
Legal system with criminals,
teacher with students...
Just consequences.
We have good ones, but society has ruled out the bad ones cause of the bleeding heart people we've become.

Nah...they "shoved religion" back in the day with no problems... Well, there was that one lady.
But I don't think people are saying "Bring religion" back, they said bring God back... And not for everybody. If you wanna say a prayer, you should be able to. If you wanna think the gay tolerance class is wrong, because of your beliefs you should be able to...
See, you are not allowed to express your self as a "religious type" with out offending somebody, but if a guy wants to kiss his boyfriend we HAVE to tolerate it, and if we don't we hafta take homophobic classes, where they tell you you must secretly be gay...It's a double standard.

i meant reoffenders because if they re-offend you KNOW they did it in the first place, with first time and offenders that only ever did it once , it could be like a witch hunt case- i am definatly not defending these cretens ask
seasalt101 we have personal experience with an offender(my ex husband) i am saying if there is concrete proof they did it put them to death so they dont run around doing it more, we have a sick society that glamourizes young being beautiful and the pornography featuring young young young our society is basically training these people and most of us are just looking the other way or even contributing to it by purchasing their wares

I agree with what others said. Its not about a particular religion but about one of the principles this country was founded on, and that is the freedom to express your religion. Why are we taking God out of our legal system and off the face of buildings, why are we not allowed to say "Under God" in the Pledge of Alligence, why isn't a child allowed to openly pray in school or wear a reglious themed costume on Halloween? I just don't get why the opinions of the few people who oppose religion get to dictate their views on the majority who don't. I also don't get why they only teach you the theory of evolution and no other theory such as the universe was created by a supreme being.
