You have three people and get the ez curl bar and do 1 rep and hand it to the next person. When it comes back to you, you do 2 reps and so on until you get to 10 and then you go backwards. I have done this before but we went up to 30 lbs (each side) on Friday and man my arms are still hurting!
yep, but when i do that, i use the 45lbs bar to put more external weight on your biceps...thoughs are good too

I love the Reef Keeper. I would call alot before they opened to find out when was going to be their grand opening. The owner Randy helped me with my aquarium plumbing. He is very cool and even took me to Osh,Lowes,&The home depot which I really appreciate.
Valley Pet Center moved to the corner of G & Alexander and they are just getting their saltwater tanks setup(probably already done).
Pets Inc on Bear Creek Galleria is under new Ownership and it's alot better than before. They have this big corner(90degree with bent front) reef tank. The owner is cool too he was willing on giving me some of his macro algae which being the dummy that I am refused.
PetSmart opened on the 27th of October, they don't have any marine livestock which sucks.
any way
Is that the gym that burned down like a year ago? The thing is that the Inshape City here in merced is 12 min away from my house walking.
It is cool knowing that someone close to me thats on SWF.com.
Would anyone have an idea on how much I have to pay to join the club?
