Looks like every major city in Texas besides Austin gets the dubious honor of being one of the fattest cities in the nation. Corpus Christi is Number 1 (stay away from the fast food restaurants stdreb)

I live where I call Fat Antonio. I was in Walmart the other day, and I would say 8 out of every 10 people I saw in their would be considered obese or excessively obese. Don't even ask what it looks like at the water park at Six Flags.

When I lived in Corpus, I literally had a fellow worker who would follow me around with food and threaten to call my parents to say I wasn't eating right. She would stand right there like she was going to hand feed me. I would have to tell her "Get away with your chicharones!". The other workers would bring two lunches with them prepared by their families... one lunch was always for the "Skinny Little White Chick". I started to answer to that after a while like it was my name.

ahhh, they named CC one of the dumbest too. Personally they can all just kiss by butt I like Tacos and of course egg heads are going to say the liberal NE is smarter (while the steady flow of liberal refugies flood the southern states.)
Note: I'm bored and have reached my limit of tedious activities for the day. So I'm being mean...

lol, in corpus there are more taco stands than illegal immigrants... Just in that area there are like 10... Do you remember that old red line burger drive through next to pizza hut on airline just before you get to McArdle. Even that place is now a taco stand.
The line to get tacos from Stripes (a gas station) on Everhart and SPID is usually out the front door around 8 in the morning...

Tell it how I see it!!

I have no picture perfect body but I don't look like a lot of the folks around here. I just need to lose some of my gut which is why I am on this 21 day diet thingie. If I didn't exercise as much as I do, I would be huge!!!

It amazes me how big a couple of kids are in my daughter's 3rd grade class. One boy has to be over 150 lbs and he is short. I would hate to see how big the parents are. I'm trying to get my daughter to be more active and eat better but it isn't easy.

Are taco's that bad? Most of the carts around here have lean beef, pork or chicken, fresh vegies and some even have hand-made tortillas, seems like it would have to be a lot more healthy than chain food.
