As a lifelong Browns fan, if I attend the game, buy some food and a couple beverages...I am supporting the pathetic product that is being put on the field (not to the fault of the players...but the management and ownership).
When I have to be at my job by 7:30 the following morning and live over an hour away (2 with post-game traffic), I won't get home until between 1 and 2 in the morning...why stress myself out for THIS?????

For the LOVE of the GAME...

Just like tonight, I could care less about either of these two teams, but sure beats Dancing with the Stars.

BEST weekend for the Giants since Week 2!!!!

Aren't the redskins one game back now? Not exactly a good week...lol
On the cowboys. I place the blame at Garetts feet. 1st and goal from the half yard line, three of the best runningbacks in the league...and you try to throw on first down...WTF!??!!?!?
The hands to the face call was iffy...but regardless..the hands came up so won't blame the ref.
The fumble roll over by Jones...I see that as iffy also...the replay to me wasn't conclusive, even if it had been reviewable.
The red flag challenge when there was no challenge for the team left, is bogus....stopped the drive...gave GB a chance to catch their breath....should have been penalized...but it did not affect the outcome of the game.
The problem I saw was the Offensive line of Dallas and Roy Williams fumbling the ball right before half....and the offensive play calling...seriously...pound Barber into the end zone 4 plays in a row from half a yard out......
The refs did not cause Dallas to lose, they didn't make it even, but Dallas had plenty of opportunities that they blew themselves without the aid of the refs. GB deserved the win.

No way man....the Redskins win put them 3 games out of first and 2 games behind the Giants and Eagles. And let's be honest...the Redskins aren't going anywhere this year.
The hand to the face was a good call. like you said hands came up and they are going to call it.
The fumble/recovery/fumble....yeah...I hate the Cowboys, but I'd give that one to them.
The challenge...yeah thats bogus too!! That should have beena delay of game penalty. I bet they fix that in the offseason!!
But in all honesty....GB definitely deserved to win that game!! Their defense put up an incredible game!!

But lets REMEMBER that whenever the COWGIRLS LOSE it is ALWAYS either the REFS fault not the fact they got beat by a BETTER TEAM.

Not sure if you are aware of this or not...but they put football games on television as well...you don't have to be there in order to watch the game unfold, it happens in your living room as well!!!
I am not giving Randy Lerner another penny of my money until they do something about this sinking (if not already sunken) ship!!! I am tired of "rebuilding" and "maybe next year"...BROWNS FANS WANT A WINNING FOOTBALL TEAM...PERIOD.

+1 Now if it isn't feasable, that is one thing, but I'd make the effort one way or the other...

Now I do have a serious question, I thought that was a delay of game penalty.

lol, if you think that GB is a better team, your dillusional.
(I figured I'd not jump on the Garrett hating bandwagon for that 1st and goal int.) Although I was SCREAMING at the TV at that point.
I just don't get that call, or the fade. I just don't under stand why those plays get called. Run a little play action with the Tight end sneaking out. Or just smash it in. There isn't any need for a different play. They are safe simple plays, and they work more times than not, especially with the personel that the cowboys have.

I am not a GB fairy fan. I bleed Blue and Orange that comes from Halas Hall. I am sick of seeing my Bears have one good week then get destroyed by no talent teams the next week. However at least the Broncos are finding out that Orton is only good if he is ahead he gets BEHIND chalk it up as a LOSS at least now with Cutler we have a chance now we need to get some WR and rebuild our D again.
However to see the GB Fairies beat the Cowgirls yesterday almost made me smile. The best part however was seeing Manning beat Brady and do it all in the 4th Quarter.

The Bears got a kiss on the back of the neck from a far superior Cardinals team last week. I hope you're not referencing the Cards in the "no talent" group. The Cards are a very good team and they just came out ready to play. KJR sorry for saying this, but that D line for the Cards is getting worse in run defense. If a team has an average or better running game, the D line turns to wet toilet paper. In pass defense, I don't think there is a better defense in the league. But in run coverage the same guys don't seem to have a clue.

I'm not gonna say GB did not do well....I am gonn a say they had help
READ THIS::
And . . . and . . . how about the officials missing Felix Jones recovering the Romo fumble with the Cowboys still hanging on by a thread, trailing 10-0, allowing the Packers to rip the ball free after he had been touched down? On top of that, head referee Jeff Triplette needed nearly five minutes to realize Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips could not challenge the recovery ruling on the field, eventually announcing to everyone recoveries after a ruled fumble are not reviewable.
Want worse? This after Phillips said Triplette told him they missed the call after looking at the replay, the total screw-up giving the Packers the ball at the three and a layup touchdown for the 17-0 lead, and I'm guessing giving Phillips an apology filled with a bunch of nothing.
But not just that, this Triplette dude, along with eight others on the crew, including the replay official and replay supervisor Jerry Markbreit, didn't realize McCarthy should have been penalized for delay of game since he was officially out of challenges.
How do you account for that?

Yes, I know. They are prone to big plays, but prone to giving up a lot of yards....I just hope they catch a little more of "lightning in the bottle" they found last year in the playoffs. Beenie Wells is starting to look very good.
Anybody watching this debacle of a game tonight? Where is the smiley guy snoring. First half 0-0, I'm switching to reruns of Seinfeld or something.

Holy smokes....Both of these two teams suck. I retract what I said earlier, and now admit that Football really CAN be boring. This has got to be the worst MNF I have ever watched...

Also, you guys need to suck it up and let these guys play. I'm tired of all these stupid penalties for all these things that happen every play, like blows to the head and stuff, this if a violent game. That is why we watch.
I agree, Quarterbacks are FOOTBALL PLAYERS, no matter how much they get paid. The next thing you know you won't even be able to rush and it will be 7 on 7...

does anybody now understand why I didn't want to go to this debacle???? I had to force myself to go to bed before the game was over and still was up over an hour later than I usually am on weeknights...add an extra hour to finish the game, 2 hours to get home, perhaps another hour to wind down once getting home....
how terrible was that game? Brian Daboll (OC for Cleveland) should not be allowed to coach a pee-wee football team's offense, much less an NFL offense. How many little quick screens to WR's did we have to see? Brady Quinn looked scared out of his wits out there, he is most definitely NOT the future of this organization. The 2 interceptions weren't exactly "well thrown balls", but the receivers had opportunities to turn them into catches rather than a pick 6 and another pick....FRUSTRATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
