Worst Smells

What do you guys feel are the worst smells that you have encountered in this hobby.
I was thinking
1 month old skimmate
decaying snail

Other than the skimmer, how about removing the decaying shrimp from your tank after kicking off the cycle?

Dead Xenia gets my vote.

I think that an anaerobic area of a dsb is pretty offensive. But other than that...definately the xenia.

I can't really decide, but my votes are
1. Curing LR . . . my girlfriend and I stayed in a hotel it was that bad, good thing it only lasted 3 days.
2. A dead DSB . . . When moving my tank, I drained the water out of the old and scooped as much of the LS out as I could, but there was still about an inch or so left on the bottom. After sitting out for a day I could barely stomach the scent.

I agree with Xenia. It stays on you for a while, too....no matter how much you wash your hands.

iv smelt both xenia and dead hammer tissue.... hands down hammer tissue is far worse...IMO.... made me dry hiev

Anenomes... they get all smelly and start to decay,
And it......Stinks!!!
