What kind of clownfish do you guys think I should get. I want this to be a peaceful reef tank. I love the Gold banded maroon clowns but hear that they are aggressive. Ive seen tanks having tomatoes and pecular clowns together. Whats your guys opinions.

I'd think you'd be ok, most tangs will hold their own against a clownfish.

Ya but will the clownfish be ok if I have wrasses and mandrines and shrimp. Im afraid I wont see any of those fish if I get a maroon clown

Ok ive made up my mind. Im not getting the maroon clown. But I have a slight problem. I have a florida conde anemone in there and people say only a clakii clownfish will host it. If this is true, can I get 3 different clownfish in the tank. Remember the tank is 8 feet long. So here was my Idea, and tell me if its ok: Florida Conde anemone with the clarkii, Carpet anemone with a pair of pecular clowns, and a sebae or BTA with a tomato clown.

Ok i've accepted the fact that my list is way to big. If you look on page one, my first list, and compare it to this list there is a major improvement. Is this list ok to go with and stick with it?
Blue hippo tang
Naso Tang
Powder Blue tang
Desjardinii Tang
Vlamingi Tang
Yellow Tang
Green Chromis---already in
Flame Angel & Coral Beauty---already in
Green Mandrine and 6 line Wrasse
Lyretail Anthias
Which fish or two should I add in next. Its been around 3 weeks since I put these fish in.

Angels are usually added last.

Anthias I would wait until tank is 6 months.
Sixline is ok for now, may try to harasse new fish, but I think your list can handle it.Mandarine I'd wait until tank is a year, but no sooner then 6 months
Clowns could be now
Not sure on tangs add order but you may have issue with yellow and Desjardinii Tang, same family.

Thanks for the info. Some people say its ok to add angels in soon and some say wait longer. The angels are in together and both eat and are happy. Think I might get pair of clowns, sixline, and maybe a tang next week.
Some one stop me If im doing something wrong before its to late.
