Sounds to be like you need to play with your view settings. Either with your resolution or with a 4:3 and 16:9 compatibility....

On the very very top....right next to your search bar....there is something that looks like a piece of paper ripped in half.....click in that
(it is in between your search bar and teh refresh icon) IDK how to take a screen pic

Deejeff, Internet Explorer has gone through 8 versions, obviously the current version is IE8. If you're running Vista, you'll have a minimum of IE7, if I remember correctly. Knowing if you're having problems with Internet Explorer 7 or 8 will be important here. As meowzer pointed out, to find which version you have, at the top right, click "Help" then "About Internet Explorer." Your version should the first thing in the small text. Something like "Version: 8.0.6001.18702"
If turning off Compatibility View has worked for others, it's worth a shot. I believe the Compatibility Button is in or near the search box. It looks like a broken page.
It only appears on websites that offer this feature, not all do.
If you can't find it, you can turn it off in the settings. Again at the top right, click "Tools" then "Compatibility View Settings." It should look like this:

Uncheck the last two boxes. Then exit Internet Explorer and reopen.
