Usually flame hawks are greedy bold fishes. Mine is very bold and stay in the open all the time. They will hover in front looking up the top of the water surface to ask for food when you come near the tank. If yours is still new, try dropping some pellets to the sandbed area where the flamehawk...

your sailfin looks a bit thin, maybe the pic is blurry so can't really see well. What are you feeding him?

Try brine shrimps soaked in garlic. You can try it with mysis too. If you are trying to feed with flakes, try breaking up the flakes into about 3mm by 3mm or so using your fingers. Often, large flakes makes them think twice to try eating them in the first few days.

From my experience, I really lower the water level by transfering a lot of tank water out in some buckets. Then corner the damsel and catch them with a big net. You may have to use some stick or other objects to get them moving out of hiding from the lower rocks. Then, transfer back the tank...

DO NOT think that by looking at your tank, a crystal clear tank water indicates excellent water quality. Get a complete set of test kits, for nitrates especially. And use it :D

this may sound stupid but is the ground probe just a wire/rod connecting the water to the ground? I am clueless here :D Must is be DIY or can you actually buy them?

Blindman, that is a cool looking tank! Never seen a purple damsel though :D Is that a blue damsel under lighting?

I don't really understand why u need 4 racoon butterflies. Just make sure the water quality is maintained at excellent state all the time or disaster will strike. I would rather have a mixture of big and small fishes in the tank. Good luck ;)
