    75 Gallon Stand

Just wanted to toss my 2 cents in on the whole stand thing since I just built one for a 135. The only thing I can say for those of you building stands for bigger tanks is, you want the 2x4s or 4x4s (over kill if you ask me) sitting right on the rails. The only way I can explane this is if you...

So, Did I Kill all my critters?

Im sort of new also.. had my tank up for about 3 months. But I dont think that would kill live rock. The live part of it is the bactria that eats ammonia and nitrites... Some one correct me if im wrong? what makes you think its dead?

    New tank

I like your rocks, nice looking tank all around. That stand looks sweet too. You should have lots of places to put corals with that rock. High and low spots for corals that need more/less light. looking good.

I use RO/DI water from LFS. Since I havent been changeing water I have added trace elements a few times. I planed to do that every other week or so. Other then that I add PH buffer.. use to have low ph. I add Calcium also when it drops below 450ppm. Thats all I have been doing.
