this morning it was attatched to the rock and looks like a annenome. but it does not like light. with lights off it inflates when lights are on it deflates kind of strange!

Ok i finally got my 75 with drilled over flow with the standard kit! everything works great!!! but the noise from the over flow is driving me nuts! its quit then every 5 seconds or so it makes a gurgling noise from the air coming out of the over flow pipe! the pipe is a 1 inch going straight...

well just for curiosity sake. what if i took the rock out of the water completely killed it let it bake in the sun or even boil it to kill everthing on it. would that be enough to kill the algea off for good? i really dont want to kill the rock but in the long run would be cheaper then replacing...

im no expert! but the trates seem a little high you should find out why and solve the problem. in my experience with shrooms they are tough little critters i have pretty much ripped them cut them and they will grow back. but the link in reefs post will have all the info you need to do any...

just be carefull when adding the super glue to the tank so it doesnt float off the rock and the fish eat it. with zoas you can actually take the rock out dry it put glue on it put the polyps on out of the tank and let them sit for the 30 secs out of the tank so the glue sets then add it back...
