yellow tang. mysis shrimp,RDF, Red Seaweed with garlic, blood worms

My Tang still seems to be very skinny hes eating like crazy but doesnt seem to put on any weight for about 2 months now. Any Ideas. ALso my Yellow tail damels seem to be digging in my gravel picking up rocks and moving them making a tunnel under some shells i have is this normal for them?

my ph is usually at 8.2. 8.0 should i still use this product to raise it to 8.4?

yes i have a seaweed clip i usually put that in everyother day. Other than that i use RDF frozen, mysis shrimp,brine shrimp, pellets, and flakes. i use zoe with the food once a week. thats it. Hes always like to swim around doesnt seem to mind the tank size.
