    lol did the hose thing this weekend setting up my tank...... worked just fine, was afraid i was gonna suck up some of the water lol..... but i didnt..... fun stuff!

    just seeing if it's adequate to start cycling it. so got to get a heater, salt, and test kit... and a dead shrimp lol. my lfs told me about something you can put in there to quicken the cycle time. is that stuff worth it?

    got a 125 gallon tank, it has 3 power heads, live rock, (6 or 7 nice sized pieces....) and a wet dry filter... it has just minimal lighting that i will eventually upgrade, but should be adequate... anything else i need before i get going??? Jt

    Gettin a 90 gallon bowfront with stand, and MHO(right?) lights and canopy for around 700 hundo.... and after that gettin a filter and ill be almost ready to start up! I'mhella stoked.... thanks to those that have offered advice/help..... SWEET! lol

    Ive seen some people say CC is the worst mistake they made, and repairing it is very costly... whats the big deal? lfs said the only issue he knows of is if the fish ingest it it can be deadly and such.... What else is bad about it?

    man you guys rock! I know of a friend selling a 150 gallon tank for about $800 or so, including stand and canopy.... and pump and something else (i forget).... thats pretty good right? Coral Island predicted for a 55 gallon tank and stand and filter and semi decent lights and a few other bare...
