75 has tank and stand so does the 46 bow front but the bowfront is about 8 years old the tank is in good shape as for as the 75 I used it for about 7 months so its new. the 46 stand is 36x 18 so its not a bow front stand but that can be good for you b/c it can have different tank sizes on it. IMO
