I agree hawk fish are cool but due to their perching nature not the best choose with corals as they will disturb your zoes and other corals.

I got 2 #3 in my 75gal reef and I get good flow but still wish I got the #4 instead of the #3. With the dimensions of your tank I'd go with the #3 these are really good pumps and I'd hate for you to be disappointed because you undersized. good luck
