Your inverts will not get ick because it doesnt affect them. Do not add any more fish!!!! You need time for the ick virus to die off. It will likely take a few weeks. With no fish the ick will not have a host. There is no quick fix. You cannot use copper since it will kill the inverts...

go with the remora pro on that size tank if your going with a hang on skimmer. But for that size you may want to sump with a larger skimmer...75g is the biggest I'd go with the hang on...it gets iffy when you get to 90g... If you get the remora pro make sure you get the prefilter box its worth...
