thats what I dont understand the BTA constantly is trying to move toward the bottom of the tank...but at the same time its tentacles don't seem to be very healthy...they are always stringy...should I feed it more?

i can tell you that two of the bulbs are actinic and the other two are the white bulbs...I can also tell you that the anemone is in low to medium current...for some reason the stupid thing moves everytime i place it in a high current area... I have moved it out of the shade as well...hopefully...

I have vho's four 46.5" bulbs on icecap 660 ballast...24" high tank...should I move the anemone closer to the top??? Is it ok to move it once its attached???

I have a bubble tip under a 660 icecap vho ballast with 4 46.5" URI bulbs...my tank is a 60g... I dont think you would have too many problems with the lighting setup I have and a bTA... I would not try it under regular florecents..but maybe try it under a lot of pc's and definetly under...

bump last night the stupid anemone got on the ph again!!!! I caught it in time however...and now its back on the rock hiding somewhere behind the tank..is it smart enough to not leave the rocks again...I have 60lbs of LR for gods sake...

I've had him for about 3months...He does not seem to be interested in the sheets...I keep given it to him though... It gobbles up the brine and veggie flake....so I dont know why it wont eat the algae sheets...

i feed seaweed sheets, veggie flakes and brine shrimp usually soaked in garlic...it really eats brine more than anything else... i have a 60g thats about 3-4 months old...there is a small supply of hair algea but no macroalgaes...it really seems to dislike eating the algae sheets...

my YT seems very thin and skeleton like...I feed half a cube of brine every day and put in a small peice of algae from a large marine seaweed or something like that on clips everyday for it...should i be concerned...I even feed veggie flake...

I just bought a new bubble tip to replace the one that was tragically killed in the powerhead incident... the anmenone for some reason has moved onto the substrate which is sand...should I pick him up and move him back onto the rock??? I am very concerned that it will get loose and float all...

I will likely pick up another one soon...I think what may have happened is that the anemone wandered on the substrate sand bed and got blown around and eventually got sucked into one of the screens on the powerheads... I am taking one of the maxi 1200's out..so now I will only have 2 900's and...

I have the same problem with my remora pro that has the mag 3 pump...tons of microbubbles!!!! Its not all that loud however... I got rid of it If I were you I would get the prefilter box...the one for the remora pro w/ mag 3 is huge as hell thats why I am getting rid of it.....I am selling my...

I have the regular maxijet screens on my phs but it got stuck to the screen somehow and from there inside of the powerhead...little bits of it were all over the tank...It really suckss.... thanks for all the condolences I want to try another one...should I?

its dead as of this morning...got stuck in the power head and shreded it to peices...polluted the tank and now none of the other corals will open...did a quick 5g water change, but I've got to go to the airport...the tank is on its own for the weekend...

well my new green bubble tip decided to stick itself to the powerhead and got sucked in...dead of course by the time I saw it this morning...sometimes keeping a reef tank really pi$%^& me off....my water is now polluted and I had to change 5g... this sucks
