Isnt it easier to .. ya know buy em? I use frozen brine mix em in a little bowl, using water from the aqarium. My fish love it. But I have been told its more of a treat and not a basic food choice

Thanks for the info. it all is helpful I left my powerhead flowing on some of my LR to blow off some of that diatoms stuff and woke up this Am to a bunch of LS on my rocks Now what do I do about that????
