    Thanks for the info. it all is helpful I left my powerhead flowing on some of my LR to blow off some of that diatoms stuff and woke up this Am to a bunch of LS on my rocks Now what do I do about that????

    Another blonde question from me lol whats the ideal temp. for my tank, I have live rock and live sand, its a 4 week old tank? I have been keeping it at 80-82 degees. Also should the heater be at the top or placed low near the bottom?
