Hello, I turned the lights on this morning on my tank and notice there are millions of little tiny things floating, swimming, crawling...all over the tank. They are smaller than a tiny bubble, anyone knows what they are? Are they harmful to the tank? They make the tank looks really cloudy...

And just to clarify the lighting that I have, it is 220W total output so it works out to be about 2.4 W per gallon.

I should tell you the enviornment the tank is in... I lived in a dry/cold area in canada average outdoor temp. is -5 to -30 C. for winter... I have the furnace set at 20C. Helope this will help.

Hello, I noticed that my trickle filter tank water level drop everyday close to being below the pump, therefore, I have to add about minimum 2 litres of water everyday to keep it from shooting out air into the main tank. My question is that is it normal to have that much water...

I introduced a green bubble tips anemone two days ago, and my 3 TR false clowns don't go near it during the day when the lights are on, but by night time they will fight each other to try to get in the anemone...should I get another one, maybe two more anemone so they won't fight?

Thanks! I will try to clean it out...is it a good idea to change water as well, the red algae seems to have bubble pockets that looks like it is going to burst. I know I should have waited to add any more live stocks to the system..but the LFS tested my water sample and everything is at good...

HELP! My tank started with a few red spots on top of the sand. After 24 hours it has covered 60 % of the sand. What are they? Is it harmful? If it is, how do I go about moving it. Thanks in advance..:confused:
