My salinity is i little higher than where I want it. Is it ok to add live rock? or should i wait until i get it right?

if you buy the non sticky background paper, all you have to do is wet it some and press it on with a squeegee. By doing this it eliminates ait bubbles in the background and looks like it is painted. Water will eventually evaporate so i would recomend redoing the process monthly.
