Update on my dog that wouldn't eat...

Just wanted to post a quick update and couldn't find my original post... Well she's finally eating and I cannot take the credit for it. After many failed attempts on my end and getting her into the vet sooner than the original appointment he had put her on a liquid diet ~ think protein shake...

    Move went well...in the beginning...

So I started moving my tanks over to the new house a few days ago. My predator tank was the first one to head over. Everything seemed to go rather smoothly and there were no losses other than the coraline on the tank turning white...so that's a bonus right. Unfortunately, today I noticed a...

Anyone experienced with dogs with "issues" ?

The vet did check her teeth and all is fine. I haven't tried the free feeding, but am definitley open to it. I've never had to do it before and hadn't even thought of going that route...will definitley give that a shot. We're having chicken tonight and I haven't done anything to it yet other...

Anyone experienced with dogs with "issues" ?

Today is day four, which I know isn't dire (or so the vet says) but It's making me a bit nervous. She wouldn't even take a drink until the morning after she got here...I figured that once she went for the water bowl the food would follow shortly but it hasn't. I have both wet and dry...several...

Anyone experienced with dogs with "issues" ?

We foster (and inevitably end up adopting ~ usually the older adults) a lot of animals. My friends joke we should start charging admission to our zoo when they come over. In any case, our newest addition is giving me a bit of a tough time. We ended up with a pup that was unwanted/mistreated...

    welll......

They won't use the highlighted pieces for the hairpieces, however that doesn't mean the rest won't be of great use. Plus I would imagine that they could sell of the highlighted pieces in the same manner they do for gray hair,etc......it's sold off to offset the costs of making the hairpieces...

That's a wonderful thing to do!! My middle daughter and I have donated before and hopefully will continue to do so. Taylor has donated twice so far. I've donated once, but my hair is currently down to my butt and I'm looking forward to cutting it all off :D

Anyone with experiance keeping Emerald crabs?

I have some spread out over several tanks that have co-existed peacefully with each other and their tankmates for some while now. One, the largest of the group, is the only aggressor. He wasn't always like that but I'm wondering if it's a size thing? He's become quite territorial and took out...

    help me decide!

I'd steer away from the anemone, lighting aside I think the size of the tank is just inadequate. I have a clown hosting a frogspawn in my nano lol. Good thing about clowns is that they will always find "something" to host with...and that "something" has a tendency to not be the anemone in a...
