is this a deal or a rip off?

Stanlalee I wish I could find those prices here. I must be seeing a lot of mark up here. Bill, the AGA I referenced stood for All Glass Aquarium as a brand name, like Stanalee posted for stands as well. I think the 90 you mentioned if new from a dealer is a fair price for what I have seen.

    skimmer problems

I've got two and that has only happened twice in a year. Once the outflow was blocked so it backedup. THe other time I found it was related to my water and feeding. If I add fresh food to feed my bristlestar or serpant star (like raw shrimp) the skimmer immedialtely goes nuts with clear foam and...

    Fish in a 90 gallon?

It sounds like you just did this. If that is true I would also wait a bit for the bio load to settle in so you can test and see how stable things are. If you just did the 90 you should slown down a bit. If not then my vote is for a six line.

    Calling All Tang Police!

I like the looks of a royal gramma and they don't get that big. Not certain if they would become eel chow as I don't know much about the eel.

    Microbubble from a Super Skimmer

I found one at a LFS in their pond section. I hooked it up and it is working great. Much better look than that large box. Thanks for that great suggestion - I recommend it to anyone who has the same skimmer.

    Royal Gramma dead

The one time I had something die over night I found him biten but not clean in half with all the remains gone. I have a ton of hemits and even a green brittle star. You would have to had some very hungry cleanup crew members to do that. My money says hitchhiker was the killer (in the kitchen...

    QT feeding/cleaning Q's

I have never seen my clowns eat from the bottom and I had them a year. They eat pretty much everything I put in as long as it floats. Do you disolve or thaw your frozen food? I Mix it with warm tank water in a glass then dump it in. Try that. If you have no cleaning crew test your water and do...
