Damsels are really hard to catch, i have found that the best way is to use two nets. Preferably one big net and one smaller one. You can just lure the damsels into the big net by holding the big net still and herding them in with the smaller net. And if you are thinking of getting anymore...

I dont let people smoke in my apartment usually. When I first got my fish tank I was so paranoid i didnt let anyone smoke near it at all. Now if I have a whole bunch of people over, i will occasionally let people smoke inside. Just dont let anyone ash in it and your fishies should be just fine...
