    well to be honest ***** has good live sand. it's either 20lbs for 40 which equals out to 2 bucks a pound or you can get 10lbs for 30 which is 2.5 bucks per pound.

    the green shoots are just plants growing off of the liverock. the greenish brown thing with the opening in the middle is what a clam used to attach itself to the rock and is now not there.

    that swimbladder infection is a bacterial infection. if you want to treat it, try melafix. it's a medication that you can get at a ***** near you. melafix is a natural medication so it is reef safe and it's an anti bacterial medication.
