whjen i bought my 90g i was given that same exact thing. i wanted to make it into a fuge but the baffles are set up wierd and its would be really hard to do it i think. i remember trying but its just so much easier to get a tank and put in some baffles. on this sump the baffles are really high...

do the baffles that are not touching the bottom of the tank(bubble trap baffles) have to be a certain hieght off the bottom of the tank?> i know to space them out about a inch but how high should i make it or does it not matter?

its possible. im not totally sure right now... would it be bad if the water level is higher then the highest baffle? i couldnt imagine it making a difference right?

    fuge picture...is this ok?

i will prob run the water bout 7-9" high...and the highest baffle will be about 7.5" high(the bubble trap baffle...)
  19. peckhead

    fuge picture...is this ok?

not to try and like prove you wrong or seem like im trying to argue...but wouldnt putting the bubble trap at the end eliminate the bubbles too and it wouldnt matter where the trap is because they will be eliminated before it gets to the pump? or am i wrong? because i have a pretty big skimmer...

    fuge picture...is this ok?

so i wouldnt want the bubble trap at the return end that way it will stop bubbles from going into the return pump into the dt?
