    simple, get all remain out via fine mesh net, water changes, run carbon, and make sure you have your protein skimmer on a more of a wet skim.. No easy fix,, but his will help immensely.

    Filling your tank for what? Initially or water changes? p.s you live in B.B. why not find A local fish store that stocks NATURAL SALT WATER?, It will save you such a headache.

    They are getting used to YOU and their environment give it some time,, next time as well add fish slowly, not 4 at a time, you might shock the system. GOOD LUCK! Also try do some research on tangs, Advanced aquarists will say that tangs need much much more swimming space and will become easily...
