Can anyone help with a snail issue?

The timing would indicate it was not starvation, that takes a bit longer. If it was a predator there wouldn't be much snail left. Possible causes are: Osmotic shock (most likely) Copper poisoning (fairly common) Low Salinity (fairly common) Incompatible temperature (need to know your temp &...

    Disappearing Baby's

I've never seen a baby Banggai eat a dead baby Banggai. I don't think they could do it as they swallow their food whole and don't bite off pieces.

I need some help to understand....

For the hobby you can just ignore Lumens or Lux. These are measurements for how bright an object is to a human eye. Human eyes see the center of the visual spectrum best and the further away from yellow, either toward infrared or toward ultraviolet, the dimmer the object will appear even if it...

Almost two weeks and still no Ammonia?

Adding his water will have no effect. Do you have any Nitrate? Because of the rock your tank may already have a sufficient bacterial colony. If it were me I would remove the shrimp and then start ghost feeding your tank. Feed the amount of fish food you think you would feed your first fish...

    Can anyone ID this anemone?

That Anemone is not a filter feeder. It will respond to meaty chunks of seafood like Mysis Shrimp or minced shrimp/scallop.

live rock, how do I know if it is cured?

Your crab looks like an algae eater. I'm just guessing based on the claws. It will still be an omnivore but if those are flat disks and the points of the pincers then it will primarily eat algae. I would keep it and just watch it closely.

    Free Tank & Equipment..What's Next?

Warm water tends to evaporate at an increased rate. Especially if you have an air conditioner drying out the air. As your saltwater evaporates it's only the water that leaves. So, as more water evaporates the salinity increases. This is normal. The solution for this is to replace evaporated...

    Water Change

Grow out tanks are often a lot more polluted due to heavy feeding. If it were me I would change a gallon a day by siphoning the detritus off the bottom then refilling with saltwater.

    Baby Bangai

Put some frozen seafood in a blender with a small amount of RO water to create a mush. They will eat this. I typically used bay scallops, clams, shrimp, and Salmon. Frozen seems to blend up better. Pour it into ice cube trays and freeze. Cyclop-Eeze is a good prepared food. Prawn eggs are...

Is this an anenome? good or bad?

Fuzzy doesn't sound like Aiptasia. Some species of Aiptasia can get fairly large (6"+) so size isn't an indicator. Tentacles only on the edge of the disk and tapered tentacles ending in a point are two things that help ID.

    No clue

I don't know of any Squirts that crawl. That's why I asked if it might be two animals - a Sea Squirt attached to a Turkey Wing Clam for example.

    No clue

I'm confused by the first one. What size is it? Could it be two animals? By "it moves" do you mean it crawls around the tank or does it just contract & expand? If the latter it could be a Sea Squirt. The second is a sponge.
