    Yes Al I use the discarded shells after some good Oysters Rockefeller. As a side note. I never use the word oyster and Meowzer in the same sentence. Now I have many times called her my golden clam but that’s a story for another time

    My point of view it seems water changes are doing nothing. IMO once GHA get a hold of your tank drastic measures are needed. I am not a big fan of crabs as CUC urchins will eat coralline. Sometimes you just have to start over. Again this is IMO

    Can you start from the beginning for us (me) slower people? How much food was introduced into the tank (frozen, dry) how long after the food was introduced did the fish die? Does your tank smell like surfer (rotten eggs?)

    In the first pic she is getting ready to crack another clam. The second pic is amazing in that she has cracked the leading edge of the clam and is using a discarded shell to hold the new clam upright as she cracks it, very very smart
