    I totally agree with Flower but if you aren't going up or down stairs and only an elevator is involved, you may be able to transport the old-good water in a 50gallon rubbermaid on a home made wheel cart(comes in handy anyways) siphon or pump the good water into the can and roll it to the new...

    stringy poop

    Did you use anything like flatworm exit? Reason I ask is when I used flatworm exit, it dewormed my Yellow Tang and he had the segmented white stringy poop which I identified (with help) as the fish form of tapeworms...Just an idea?...
