I am going to disagree with stopping the ghost feeding until your post some more info. How high was your ammonia spike? What did you use to start your cycle? How much did you ghost feed and how often. When are you planning on introducing your first fish?
I really can not see them in the pic, are their pincers rounded or do they come to a point, if you are not sure as Henry suggests get them out.
