Mt astra snails do the best claning in my tank. I'm partial to red leg hermits also. HTH

Last time I checked around, it was not possible to repair the scratch. Especially while the tank was full. One glass shop I contacted said it'd probably be easier to replace the glass panel than to try and repair it. I'm living with my scratch for now.

Does anybody know if SWF will be offering any other types of corals with the U-Build It program? I'd like to buy some other types but they don't seem to be ever be on the list. Am I missing something here?

Great looking tank. I have a question concerning the pysdo (purpleback) fish. Is it agressive towards the others? I have one that doesn't like anything I put into the tank. I'd like to catch him and move him to another tank. Just wondering if your is the same way.

I have a hitcher crab that may or may not be attacking my emerald and hermit crabs. I have spotted it on several occassions at the entrance to it's lair, but never have I seen it do anything harmful. I'd like to catch it and ID it so that I know for sure. Any suggesting would be helpful.

I test at night, usually between 8 - 10, but just because that's when it's convenient for me. I do however, always test at this time. That way the conditions are the same. HTH

You have several options. LFS should sale both R/O and pre mixed salt water. Our local grocery store has a R/O dispenser that I use. I do test the water before using to make sure it has no phosphates. They do a real good job of changing the filters when it's time. HTH

I had some snails die off once. Turned out my phosphates were high. They just fell of the glass one at a time, until I got it under control. Hasn't happened since. HTH
