The Chromis Viridis, or Green Chromis is a shoaling fish. So 4 or 5 should make both, FO and Reef tanks very stunning. They are also hardy and, unlike other damsels, very peaceful. They also accept most foods like flake brine, etc. Having 3 is also good. Good Luck with whatever you choose.:D
