    So.... I dumped 140 pounds of dead sand into my 125 on Thursday night and turned off the sump. I didn't wash the sand before hand as there is nothing in the tank... How long will it stay cloudy and should I leave the sump on to keep the water moving? I have been alternating the sump on and off...

    Thanks! Don't worry about drilling the tank - It really is a piece of cake. Just take your time. The paint is Valspar from the deopt. As for the crack, like you said, I'm not too worried about it. It doesn't go all the way through and they tank is still under warranty...
