thats cool if you have a big tank go with the play sand but if you have a small tank like i do just get the ls off ----

how big is your tank and do you want a dsb the reason i ask is you can get 25lbs of ls on ---- for 39 bucks thats with shipping thats cheap i dont know how much playsand is but you might want to cheak it out.

it sounds like a maroon starfish i had one as will and it did not make it you can not expose it to air that was my mistake it made it 2 days i would take it out of your tank now and sorry about your starfish.

my tank is already cycled i want to change from cc to ls.so once i clean out the cc just add the ls dont have to do a drip are anything to get it used to my water and temp.

is the acclimation instr on this site for the ls also are do you not have to do anything for ls but put it in the tank.:help:

sw65galma i think i will be ok if it was easy then it would not be worth it i did not see the point in buying a big tank when i knew nothing about swf would have been a waste of money but will be getting a bigger tank when i learn alot more about swf and all the things it takes to run a big tank...
