i have the same goby and as of this morning he is also MIA. no overflow for him to get in... so i guess the kitties had a snack. no more gobies for me until i put a cover on.

this critter attatched itself to my orange spot goby. it has two black eyes in front. the pic is from the side. close up of critter can anyone help identify it and whether it needs to be treated? thank you!

current usa unloads equipt on (giant [hr] site) they had 5 of these and some of the big ones too for great prices. it said refurbished but mine looks brand spankin new. Quick before this post gets edited! lol. came directly from current usa in calif. with warranty.

when i saw a sunpod 70 watt 20" 14,000k for $80, i couldnt resist it for my 10 gallon. i just installed it and what a difference! not as bright, but the colors are fantastic! its replacing the 96 watt pc 50/50. metal halide rocks! so happy i wanted to share. def mh over pc!!!

yes, they definately have sand-encrusted tubes. they seemed to leave no affliction on the palys. if they are a polychate, then they are okay to hang out in the tank from what i have read. if they start multiplying rapidly, i'll get a peppermint, but i was saving that spot for a fire shrimp...
