    As long as everything is good with your water and the torch is thriving it should develop other heads. I purchased a single head hammer from my LFS about 6 months ago and it has now grown into 6 heads.

    Yeah this one was on a stem on a piece of zoantid rock i had purchased. When I went to break it off I smashed it. This is from one of the pieces that was just a fragment. I glued it to the plug so as to not lose it. I have also seen another piece in the tank that seems to have regenerated as...

    Key to fragging zoas I have found is to wait until you have a good developed colony. Many people just start fragging the minute they see a few new heads pop up.

    Update Mohawk - Still just one polyp but begining to color up. Green Dalmations - 16 polyps -slight shade of purple with green skirts. small zoa. Black Widow - 4 polyps - getting darker by the day. looks like it is getting a green mouth.

    JUst cut the hard skeleton between the heads. Try and not cut the tissue.
