    call me exited, but...

They are beautiful (and I agree Kuda!) little girls! They look quite healthy and busy. They will tend to choose a favorite "stall" to sleep in. Very much creatures of habit and I think they have great internal clocks and good memory for fish. There is no doubt in my mind that they will...

    Who moved my cheese?

A complex issue boxed up in an entertaining and very clear set of options. My favorites: It is safer to search the maze for new cheese than to remain in a cheeseless situation. Priceless. The same actions will achieve the same result. Our HR Director bought the book at a Rotary auction and we...

blue hippo tang in 55 gallons

As a 55 owner myself, I have to say that you will need to upgrade or trade your tang. Your five damsels, with good care, feeding and no urge to kill, trade or hope they jump....sorry.....are close to max for the 55. I have owned a hippo in a 150 and, while small, they are fun to watch. When they...

    Need Help ASAP

Neosporin is one of the top things to keep on hand and is absolutley OK to use on Valiant. Rykna, I have to be honest. I have listened carefully and not said much because there really is no text book for ailing seahorses. At least with Ich, you have ich, you know it, treat it. With these guys...

    Therapudic Healing???

I don't know that I would intro a new horse until you know Valiant has a clean bill of health. In his weakened state, I wouldn't risk his health, or the health of a new one, either way. I'd wait til Valiant is back in the DT and QT a new one separately. I know my birds enjoy mirrors...

    Seahorse Healing?

Where is his firefish buddy? I know it may sound silly, but seahorses are not solitary creatures and they do go in search of mates. He looks a bit thin to me in these last photos. Do you still enrich his mysis? He does look good color-wise, just kind of peaky?
