Each overflow has 2 holes...one is for your drain and the other is for the return. Did the tank come with Overflow piping kits? There should be 2 larger diameter pipes, your drain...
This is a AGA reef ready 120 tank. It has two overflows on the rear. My question is this. Where does the water return from the sump to display. Is it suppose to be drilled on the glass somewhere? All I see is the two overflows with two drilled holes in each one, on the bottom of the tank...

OK, cool, good advise. Two heaters. I currently have one that is in a 46 gallon and is a good one. Is the stealth all black, thats what I have. Any suggestions for that one?
LR acts as a natural filtration. The more LR you have in a tank the healthier. As for the sand I cannot tell you what it exactly does. I do hear though how deep sand beds are beneficial.
