A Seahorse will wrap its tail around anything in which it can feel a secure hold can be made...I have watched mine with their tails around in a very vague circle...a piece of liverock. But they were able to hold on and stayed there for awhile. The Maidens hair, and the caulerpas are very good...

Spray around the floor boards of the house...wall and floor meet...behind and under cabinets, furniture, etc...keep the spray away from your animal exposure...most insecticides (they claim) are harmless to humans and pets once dried, but I do not buy all of it... Concentate your efforts where...

If the carpet isnt perm attached to the floor..and you are able to, put some blocks of something under it to aid in its drying...also put a fan blowing across it too...these will aid in the speedy drying of the carpet...hopefully prior to mildew.
