    if worse comes to worse and it is an infection, weather bacterial or fungal and that area does not recover you can cut it out with a razor and ti will heal and regrow over that spot- but just keep that area clean and it should be fine

    the snail isnt eating the coral- That looks like a long tentacle plate coral (Heliofungia). The coral most likely stung the snail when it fell and the snail may or may not live- Relocate the snail and see what it does

    it looks like a cyano overgrowth on unhealthy tissue- brush it gently with a soft toothbrush and move it to an area with a bit more water flow- it is by no means lost.

    you beat me to it. i wouldnt worry too much right now- they also look like that if they are injured. Mushrooms have wonderful regenerative properties.

    here is an example or why i dislike the WPG rule- Someone came in last week to the store and said that they have a little over 250 watts on an 110 gallon tank.     WPG should be thrown in the trash- It all depends on depth of the tank wattage of the light(intensity or lumens) and the desired corals- What are you looking to keep

    they handle lower to high range light just fine- they get huge, we have some at work with a 9" span and have no problem eating bits or whole krill

    i run 250 20K XMs and yes i do as well- i dont know if it is specific to the xm brand but i thought it would have been intense enough to do the job. but other than my feeling of relation i have nothing more i can offer you there

    what is your ph at- i wouldnt use that for anything- that is a temp fix- tell us more about the tank- there is a reason why it is so high- we should start from there
