    125g or 180g??

She is about 10" and pretty thick. Very active and can't wait for someone to come in the room. She will be the only one in the tank. She can double in size... So the extra water & depth will be needed in the long run. If not more.

The biggest Puffer I've ever seen!!

Here is a picture of my S & S puffer... He's around 15". He's in a 175BF. He's like the goodyear blimp in there. He puffed once and looked like a basket ball. I didn't think he would ever get rid of that air. I think he learned his lesson on puffing though. I've had him for about 4 years now...

    Huma Huma Compatiblility

I wouldn't worry to much about it... You have a nice size tank for him to hang out in. I would worry more if you said you had a 3 stripe damsel. I've lost more fish to a 3 stripe damsel than any other aggressive fish I've owned. He has stressed to death more live stock in my 175 tank than any...

Yeah, I have to admit it's tall. But, on the up side I don't have storage under the tank cause of the wet/dry so I have plenty of space in the canopy... Even with the MH lighting. Also I don't need a glass top cause it seals the tank. Here is a shot of the inside of the canopy.

    Huma Huma Compatiblility

I only have trouble at feeding time... The Triggers get very aggressive and bite at other fish. But other than that. They get along.

    Huma Huma Compatiblility

I was watching tank a couple nights ago when out of the blue my 7" Huma swam over and bite the crap out of my 15" Stars and stripes puffer. The puffer went nuts and darted after the Huma. Never caught him but sure chased him. The puffer gets bite almost every night during feeding time. He seems...

    The Queen is in

Thanks everyone~ Lord knows what she's been up too cause when we got home from eating out she had thrashed out water all over the front of the tank. Yes, I'm keeping the glass tops on! She's so fun to watch I've been wanting a queen for a long time. I just knew it was going to take a lot of...

    The Queen is in

After 3 weeks of tying to get an ammonia spike on the test kit I went on and tested for nitrates and peged a 50ppm. So I knew those 6 jumbo shrimp didn't rot in vain. She's cycled. I guess 80lbs of cured live rock and 36 oz of special blend was enough to keep the tank from cycling. She is doing...

    Queen Triggers

When I went to Home depot to get the egg crate stuff... nobody knew what I was talking about... Then I figured it out that it was the stuff that was in the fluorescent lighting section. I doubt they will get ich. Those fish are very hardy. But as time goes on they might start to get territorial...

    Queen Triggers

I just got mine tonight also. She is about 7-8 inches and is already NASTY! Within five minutes of being in her own 180 she found the squid I had put in there and sucked it right down. Here she is. Good luck with yours. But I would go get the divider tomorrow. It's just a matter of time before...

It is a stand... To hide my MH lighting and all my additives... There are plenty. My stand has a wet dry system that takes up everything. I did the same thing on my 175 BF. Here is the picture of that
