    ugly tank need help

IMO 10% every few weeks is not enough...for about a month, I would try 20% on a weekly basis, including you filter media. Its great you use RO water! So can't blame your "bloom" on that-but honestly-get the flow going and increase you water changes till you see some improvement. Maybe cut back...

    nano aquarium requirements

And IMO USE RO/DI ...if there's one thing I have learned in this hobby, its the use of that water. I too was a non-believer for a long time (water is water) but having gone from -2 large tanks, a 55 & 75 to 2 smalls, a 12 and 24 nano, I can SEE a huge difference in keeping paramenters perfect...

    Thievery!

Let's not say STEALING...let's say "borrowing" I might have really needed it at that moment! Right? Anyway, I work in a prison and I see those inmates every single day, some of them in there for thievery. And I just wanna go home and find the stuff I stole when I was alot younger and return it...

    Anemone suggestions

I have had success with a sebae anemone. My clowns hosted it within hours, has doubled its size, and just have the stock lights that came with my nano; which is 2x 18w. I upgraded the return and added a nano K and he is happy. He planted his foot on the LS and has not moved since the day he...

    Aquarium Cover

How about a piece of plexi-glass cut to size, with holes (lots) drilled in it and notches for your cords? That would keep your jumpers in and cut down on evaporation. Any glass shop could do that for ya!

How does one go about finding archived files? That thread contained some how-to pics and would really like to find it. You only get one shot at something like this; especially with the price of LR!

Upgrading filtration in a 24g Nano..

After alot of flow thought I finally made up my mind on this tank. I bought a Power Sweep (279gph) and a K1. Will continue to run the stock pump.(top water agitation). The K1 will be in the middle back aimed down on the LR and the PSweep will be placed on the glass under the return (right side)...
