I am not familiar with this fish, but some fish change colors when the going from a juvenile to an adult. This may be the case, but hopefully others who have had this fish in the past will chime in. anyways here is a bump for ya. Kelly

I have heard of 3 different ways: 1. point a powerhead directly at them 2. being persistant, using your fingers to lightly pry them from where they are. 3. rub an ice cube on their foot (not to sure about this one... it may cause damage to the anemone) HTH Kelly

I could not find much info on them... scientific name Amblyeleotris yanoi. I did find a photo by : Yukinobu Adachi... I found the following in another forum, not sure how accurate: It has much in common with other benthic gobies. It will also pair with pistol shrimp like other Amblyeleotris...

Your chiller may need repaired, or may need cleaned. I would contact the manufacturer asap. I would also recommend unplugging it so your temperature can come back to normal temperature in the tank. Best wishes, Kelly

I am not an expert by any means, but I think that most of the aquariums that house them today have lighting that is way to intense for them to survive. Do some research, and you may be surprized. Check their natural habitat... the info is out there. Years ago before todays lighting they were...

They will be a little stressed, but should survive with out the lights. I just hope they did not sustain a major shock when the lights hit the water. Best wishes Kelly
