Would you use Electronic or Magnetic ballast for MH? I'm thinking of 250W HQI Bulbs Magnetic is cheaper, but what are the Cons of Magnetic compared to electronic?

How long should it take for them to attach to new rocks?

I have a few hairy mushrooms attached to the same rock, and would like to detach some if possible so they can attach to other rocks in the tank. how can I safely remove them from the rock they are on? I also have some small Ricordias I would also like to remove, can this be done? How? thanks

Thanks for the responces, Is it actually filtering the water properly like this? I've been using it for about 3 months, and still have ALOT of algae, and ALOT of what I believe to be Diatoms (kinda orange-Brown collored). I'll post a pic if necessary. Thanks Again

Should the last chamber (DI) be full of water? If I open the fresh water valve all the way, the DI chamber empties out to about 1/4 full. Is this normal? Does it matter if it is not all the way full? Thanks.

Why would one site site sell them listed diferently? I've read that one type (i believe the indian ocean tang) is more susceptible to disease, has anyone else heard this? Or have experience with the two? Thanks
