I had a condi anemone for about a year (It recently died) and it was always mobile, it stayed in one spot for a month max, then it would move somewhere else.
Anyways, it would get close enough to sting many of my corals, shrooms included, and I never had a problem.
I wouldnt worry about it.
With corals like frogspawn, mushrooms, kenya trees, and xeina, is it necassary to feed phytoplankton? I know they mostly need only the light, but would feeding marinesnow for example stimulate growth at all?
Thanks,
Austin
Thought i'd share some of my tank progress over the last couple of months!
Enjoy!

Thank you very much for the information! I dont think my tank is established enough for a Blue Linka Star. Its 1 and a half years old with about 70 lbs and a large piece of dead coral that is covered in coralline aglae. I do not have anything that spawns though. I have a pair of clowns that...
None taken. How is yours with your coral? Fine i'd assume. They eat algae and such right? I'm going to research them some more. I hear they are rather hard to keep.
I have had a chocolate chip star, and a sand sifting star, and I had to give them back to the lfs because they both ate my xenia. I did not feed either of them, is this why they ate the coral?
I'm interested in a Blue Linka, but I just cant trust a star, any reassurence?
Here is a pic and video...
Hey guys,
A couple of days ago I did a 10 gallon water change with a salt level of 1.020. I checked today and the salt level went to to 1.029. Is my hydrometer wrong or what? I have a 55 gallon tank.
Thanks,
Austin

I was told that the reason all of my other Corals are growing really well, but my Kenya Tree is not doing well is because Keyna Tree's are not as hardy as the other corals I have.
Is this true?

They were closed before I did the water changes. I went and looked and one of my powerheads is not on the glass and its blowing right at them. Maybe thats my problem.
Hey Guys,
I haven't been on in a while. Well, on to my question... since school has started back up the tank hasent quite been tip-top. Lately the kenya tree forest I have have not been opening up. I have another forest of them towards the bottom of the tank and they are doing great as well as...
