Dont have way to get picks now. It appears to cover the rock and has hairs with bubbles on the hairs. I blew a lot of it off with the powerhead and it floated to the top, probably due to bubbles. Some on sand, most on corals, zoas, and rocks, also on tank items such as overflows, etc. Thanks rick

That does look like my algae. I have been aclimating the lights. I previously had T5's, 4 54 watt bulbs, poor fixture though, one reflector for all bulbs and 4 PC at 54 each. I puti in MH at 5 hours a day and added 1 hour every 3rd day. I am now at 8 hours MH and 12 hours actinic. I just cleaned...

Just came in today and there are NO instructions about setup or adjustments for the skimmer. Took advise of many of you and hope this is good skimmer. Can figure out how to put it together but unsure of how to adjust the water flow and skimming, how long to break in also. Thanks for any help guys.

I am seeing various differences on feeding them. SOme say silversides, others say they are not fish eaters and feed shrimp or cyclopis. I use the frozen cyclopeze in the squirt bottle but did not know about for the anemone. How would you do that?
